We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Jewelry Consultant to join our team. Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice and guidance.

• Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces for various occasions such as engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, and more.
• Provide information about jewelry care, maintenance, and customization options.
• Effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of each piece to encourage sales.
• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized display area, ensuring that jewelry is properly showcased.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
• Uphold the company's reputation for exceptional customer service and brand values.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the jewelry industry.
