(A) How would you be contributing to the team
-Manage an entire team of 5 Content Editors (And growing), and help to take their content writing/copywriting skills to the next level
- Checking of Copywriter’s landing pages for paid ads campaign
- Approving SEO strategy recommendations from the SEO Specialist
- Being the main point of contact between the client and our company whenever a content thing comes into question, before assigning it out to one of our editors
- Conducting QA checks on wireframes for SEO/Paid Ads Pages
- Conducting QA checks on live SEO/Paid Ads pages

(B) You should only apply for this role if you have:
- A proven track record of working in a similar content role with an amazing track record (i.e delivered exceptional results in SEO campaigns' content, copywriting in landing pages)
- Excellent command of English
- Minimum of 3 years accumulated agency/paid media experience in a similar role

(C) If you are shortlisted for this role, the next steps are for us to:

• Hop on a Google Meet call (You must show your face)
• We'll ask you a few questions about yourself and issue you a trial assignment
• You are also expected to have a working and stable internet connection
• Be available with a mic setup on your laptop
• Be ready to reveal your expected salary and negotiate accordingly

(D) BY APPLYING, YOU AGREE TO COMMIT TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Work full-time from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (5 days a week) (while receiving 14 Annual Leaves, 14 Sick Leaves per year, and other benefits.)
• Be contactable during your working hours and attending our daily meeting at 9am sharp with your camera turned on to communicate with our team and clients.

(E) Expectations:

• This is a 100% remote role. We value productivity and expect work to be completed on time.
• We believe that you should be demonstrating value and your work capabilities before any salary negotiations.

• We value efficiency and expect our team members to work efficiently to achieve our goals.
• We do not allow conflict of interest with the services we offer. Therefore, if you are an agency owner or you already provide freelancing services that may have potential conflict of interest with our agency's services, we cannot consider you for this role.
