Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for clients across various industries, focusing on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Coordinate the creation, curation, and management of all social media content (text, images, videos, and visuals) together with the creative team.
• Monitor social media platforms to identify relevant trends, insights, and conversations, and leverage this information to support content and strategic decision-making.
• Visit client locations to conduct photoshoots and video shoots as needed for content production.
• Engage with clients and their audiences on social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
• Analyze social media data and prepare regular reports on the performance and impact of social media activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and partners to enhance clients’ social media reach and credibility.
• Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on social media analytics and industry insights.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share ideas, define strategies, and contribute to bringing creative concepts to life.
• Schedule and curate social media content that effectively engages the target audience.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience in social media (preferably within a digital marketing agency)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Proficient in relevant social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok.
• Familiar with Facebook Ads Manager & Instagram Insights,
• An active social media content consumer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in client-facing roles and managing client relationship is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 10.00 – 18.00 per week

Education:

• SMA/SMU/SMK (Preferred)

Experience:
