Job Description: Restaurant Manager – Local Food Retail Chain

Job Summary:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and effective service.
• Ensure the restaurant adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintain stock levels.
• Implement and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
