BAT INDONESIA IS LOOKING FOR Territory Representative (Medan)

FUNCTION: Marketing

LOCATION: Medan, Indonesia

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is accountable to strategize and implement TM&D excellent execution within Retail & WS coverage for the specific area and region. The individual would also ensure all marketing activities are implemented as per international marketing practices and corporate guidelines.

REPORTS TO: Territory Officer

REPORTING LEVEL: Individual Contributor

GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE: Local

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• 100% fulfilment of volume target, Mix/SKU priority follow monthly plan in Territory Representative scope
• KPI to follow monthly plan
• Visit Retail outlets for: Program communication to retail, Deploy POSM & Merchandising, Gather information through internal survey on competitor activities and update to TME
• Visit Wholesale, KA, Vapestore, HoReCa & Retail for outlet internal survey and inform it regarding ongoing program in retail outlets to ensure stock availability for SKUs
• Visit validated Community
• Provide proof of Control: (photos with community logo/banner as background, submit google form for customer data)
• 100% fulfilment of KPI target for Cycle Activity (based on monthly plan)
• Activate Retail program in outlets
• Submit Unique trials

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or business-related fields
• At least 1 years of professional experience, with Problem Identification and Solving, Leadership, Negotiation, Sales & Distribution, Communication Skill
• Experience in Marketing/Sales or equivalent will be a plus point
• Exposure to a multi-national and cross-functional work environment is a plus
• Ability to collaboration and work optimally through relationships, persuasion, and influence
• Having fair commercial competence and sense of deep personal responsibility for the organization's success
