Job Description :

• Develop content for each division of ONEderland Enterprise in a variety of formats (e.g videos, white papers, advertisements, blog articles, newsletter, clickbait, graphics, etc) across various channels (e.g social media, youtube, industry publication, website, printed sales collateral, etc).
• Ensure all contents are aligned with the company's direction and audience, stay on brand and are consistent in terms of quality.
• Develop a deep understanding of target audiences to support the creation of content.
• Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including display advertising, social media marketing, web, and email digital marketing.
• Social media engagement strategy.
• Manage and oversee brand website performance to improve website traffic, user experience, and lead acquisition.
• Oversee and manage all digital consumer engagement programs and other digital projects.
• Identify insight and best practices to optimize digital performance.
• Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Qualification :

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree from a reputable public university in Indonesia, majoring in marketing, advertising/media, or computer / IT.
• A minimum of 2 years of working experience in creating content from various channels is required for this position.
• Able to communicate in English fluently.
• Required skill (s): Display, SEM, Metasearch, Affiliate Marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Trends, Push Ads, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suites and other similar skills.
• Sociable, honest, active and initiative.
• Proactive communicator.
• Self-starter, capable of working in a team and independently.
• Able to work unsupervised and has a responsibility to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp300,000,000 - Rp400,000,000 per month
