Job Description

Banquet Operations Manager
Are you passionate about everything Food & Beverage and dedicated to ensuring guests leave with a smile? As a Banquet Operations Manager, you will have the perfect opportunity to lead a team and create unforgettable experiences for our guests during their special occasions.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee the setup of rooms and function areas in the hotel, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of each event.
• Collaborate with event planners and clients to ensure all event details are executed according to plan.
• Manage the teardown and resetting of tables and service areas post-events, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in banquet operations or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
