We are looking for a proactive Software Engineer who has a passion for problem-solving and is capable of working independently with minimum supervision. Your ability to collect and manage data from external service providers will be essential to the success of our organization, and your experience in developing single sign-on systems will be an advantage.

Software Engineer Fullstack

Responsibilities:

• Designing and building software systems that meet the needs of our organization and its customers using various programming languages and development tools.
• Testing software systems to ensure they meet quality standards, are free of bugs and errors, and can handle expected loads.
• Maintaining software systems throughout their lifecycle, including addressing any issues that arise and making updates and improvements to keep the systems up-to-date and aligned with organizational goals.
• Collecting data from other service providers via APIs or web scraping techniques, and managing access through login credentials.
• Developing a single sign-on system for various service providers to improve user experience and streamline processes.
• Taking ownership of your work and working independently as a self-starter to meet project timelines and goals.
• Communicating effectively with project managers, other engineers, and stakeholders to ensure software systems meet their needs and requirements.

Requirements
Technical Skills:

• Experience with modern front-end framework/libraries such as React.
• Knowledge of responsive design framework aligned with the front-end framework.
• Proficiency in server-side languages such as JavaScript and its frameworks.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with Redis is a plus.
• Ability to design and optimize database schemas and queries.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience in developing and deploying web application on cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools associated with it.
• Knowledge of containerization technology like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while being a proactive self-starter.

Placement in Surabaya, open for remote work

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Subcontract

Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Full stack web developer: 1 year (Required)
