About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead the company’s overall financial management and planning. This role plays a key part in driving the organization’s sustainability, operational efficiency, and growth by providing financial leadership, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial control and business strategy — with the ability to collaborate across departments, provide data-driven insights, and support decision-making at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate closely with management and construction departments to ensure financial alignment across operations.
• Develop and monitor budgets, financial models, and profitability analyses to improve business performance.
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and investment strategies to ensure optimal liquidity and returns.
• Establish and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and manage risk.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance in accordance with national and international regulations.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on financial performance, business opportunities, and cost efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial statements and reports to management, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounting teams to ensure professional excellence and integrity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in financial management or financial control, ideally within the construction, real estate, or international project sectors.
• Strong command of taxation, accounting, and financial reporting (knowledge of IFRS / International Accounting Standards is a plus).
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
• Skilled in ERP/accounting software and financial modeling tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with non-financial departments.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written at a high professional level).
