Job Description:

• 
  Provide sales administration support
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales report
• Processing data from various sales database
• Compiling data from database
• Present data-driven recommendations to the sales team
• Assist in preparation of monthly sales analysis packets for management
• Support for document tender submission

Qualifications

• 
  Finance, Economics, or related major
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated with a desire to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel- large spreadsheets, pivot tables, macros, reporting
• Expertise in numbers and good math skills are very important
• Must be able to collect, evaluate and interpret data, in both statistical and narrative form
• Should be capable of preparing files and maintaining records and documentation
