Role Definition
Supports logistics processes, activities, layout and operation

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the development of process flows to track lead time by activity and identifying opportunities to reduce lead times.
• Identifying opportunities for improvements including cost, quality, and service of customer needs and issues.
• Implementing and maintaining monitoring systems in logistic

Requirement:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
2. Knowledge of SAP Systems.

3. Logistics / Storage Experiences
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.

Skill Descriptors:

Accountability: Understanding the importance of taking personal responsibility; ability to take personal responsibility for assignments, decisions and results, and focus on activities that have the greatest impact on meeting work commitments.

Level Basic Understanding:

• Design and implement successful logistics solutions
• Data analysis on storage and productivity statistics
• Warehouse storage design: Machinery & equipment design and procurement; workforce & equipment planning; logistics process

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

Level Basic Understanding:

• Design; inventory transfer & rearrangement planning; and integrating supply chain knowledge into warehouse design
• Using knowledge of local Warehouse Management System (WMS) to integrate this into the overall design of the facility
• Ensure projects are executed in a timely manner and completion timelines are adhered

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Level Basic Understanding:

• Operational logistics flow layout management through Auto-Cad system
• Allocating the type of material storage locations, both within the warehouse and for delivery to production operation areas, by grouping the materials under a single parameter (Storage unit type & kitting rack).
• Determining the procurement of assets required for logistics operations, based on actual needs that can support operational goals, eliminate unnecessary activities, and help achieve daily, monthly, and yearly logistics targets.

Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.
Level Basic Understanding:

• Using the SAP system for each update of the inventory usage percentage.
• Using the SAP system for Updating material master data (Sut, Storage type, Storage Section, Max. quantity in storage & Shelf-life expiration date of material), Allocating storage locations in the warehouse and on kitting racks, assigning material delivery areas at Point-of-Use (POU/PSA), Tracking storage utilization percentages by material category.
• Using Auto-cad & Epix to review material dimension and specification for allocation right part, right place, and right storage.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Level Basic Understanding:

• Explains the value of a disciplined approach to problem solving.

• Training provision to operational logistics according to new assets arrangement, work method, flow process, new layout/ re-layout and upcoming solution.
• Monitoring consumption budget plan versus actual consumption in logistics planning workflows.
