• Generate and send accurate invoices to customers.
• Record incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due invoices.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with internal departments and customers.
• Prepare AR reports for monthly close and management reviews.
• Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
