Job Description:

• Manage multiple online visa application platforms for clients
• Ensure accurate and complete filling of application forms
• Communicate application status to clients and provide technical assistance
• Guide prospective students and parents in using the online enrollment platform
• Maintain client records meticulously and provide regular updates
• Assist Case Managers in visa applications and document gathering
• Review uploaded checklists to verify completeness and accuracy
• Enter new information into the system and perform daily follow-ups
• Perform additional ad hoc duties as required by the company

Requirements:

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia (70 : 30). Mandarin is a plus point for the candidate and can be prioritized
• The candidate must be graduated from a reputable Indonesia public university or other overseas universities, with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
• Required skills: marketing, public speaking, Microsoft office, digital media marketing, content writing, customer service, international relation, time management, problem-solving, multitasking, good decision making, critical thinking, etc
• Keen to learn attitude and able to work unsupervised
• Honest, loyal, fast learner, attention to detail, good at teamwork, and research-oriented
• Willing to be placed in Denpasar

Pay: Rp250,000,000 - Rp400,000,000 per month
