• Lead improvement in Process yield, quality, cycle time, inventory accuracy and delivery
• Develope and improvement advanced process and SMT Methodologies
• Perform detect and failure analysesfor surface Mount Technologies (SMT)
• Solve the process problem quickly and efficiency
• Able to program SMT machine Yamaha, AOI, VITrox, Koh Young SPI
• Reflow Profiling
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior managementany quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrenceof the problem
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications:

• Min 2 years of of SMT industry experience.
• min. Diploma/ bachelore degree graduation
• Proven work experience in SMT process engineering
• strong understanding and knowledge of SMT Manufacturing process and equipment.
• capability to communicate effectifely in engineering environment.
• significant experience with continuous improvevment in SMT manufacturing
• Proficient in Ms. Office and other software application.
