Requirements:

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major
• Basic knowledge of administrative processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet tools
• Honest, neat, detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and self-motivated
  Attractive appearance is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage service administration requirements
• Plan and schedule customer service reminders
• Create work orders based on inspection standards (SP7) from Service Advisor
• Ensure accurate documentation of service work and spare parts used
• Process claims for Free Service Card (KSG) and warranty to the main dealer
