Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience needs
• Develop and maintain responsive websites, landing pages, blog, and other digital assets using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and others
• Optimize website performance and user experience (UX) to enhance online presence and drive traffic and conversions
• Implement tracking tools such as Google Analytics or other analytics platforms to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for website-related issues and updates

What You Will Bring to the Role :

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Information Technology, Computer Science, with a minimum GPA of 3.5 is a plus
• Having at least 2 years of experience as a web developer using MVC pattern, preferably if there is a strong portfolio showcasing web design and development skills
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front end web development languages and frameworks.
• Experience with tools such as jQuery, Gulp.js, Tailwind CSS, and others.
• Familiarity working with web frameworks such as Laravel.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (like Git or SVN)
• Experience working with the WordPress blogging engine is a plus.
• Knowledge of web design principles, user experience (UX) best practices, and responsive design techniques
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues efficiently
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with collaborating in remote team settings and understanding the necessary time dedication involved
