Job Description

• Process Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak / FP)
• Process Replacement Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak Pengganti / FPP)
• Handle Free of Charge (FOC) order processing
• Monitor and maintain proper filing of Delivery Notes, both in hard copy and digital formats
• Process Internal Consumption transactions for customers
• Manage warranty claim processing for G1 Channel customers
• Prepare and provide sales transaction reports to designated customers
• Print and deliver hard copy invoices to specific customers as required
• Provide information on free stock availability to Key Account Managers (KAM)
• Support mitigation control activities to ensure accuracy and compliance in processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma IV (D4) in any major, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently
• Basic proficiency in English, both spoken and written
