Sales Promotion Staff (SPG / SPB)

Job Description

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Sales Promotion Girls & Boys to represent Chontea and actively promote our Matcha, Coffee, and Tea products. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, presenting products, and growing their career in the F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Promote and explain Chontea products (Matcha, Coffee, Tea) to customers
• Perform attractive and informative product presentations
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Achieve sales targets and earn attractive incentives
• Maintain good teamwork with baristas and outlet staff
• Learn and assist in basic barista tasks when required

Requirements

• Extroverted personality with strong communication skills
• Good English speaking ability
• Confident in public speaking and product presentation
• Willing to learn barista skills and beverage knowledge
• Target-oriented and motivated by high incentives
• Well-presented, neat grooming, and professional appearance
• Knowledge of coffee, tea, matcha, or barista skills is a plus
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Eager to grow, learn, and build a long-term career
