Job Description

• Review data for accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure data synchronization with dashboards and confirm accuracy.
• Manually update systems when automated synchronization is unavailable.
• Manually track inventory details like entry dates, SKUs, testing dates, and sales dates.
• Generate and report weekly and monthly sales data, Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), and account balances.
• Reconcile invoices for logistics, insurance, and freelance usage.
• Accurately record purchases in the finance system (Peakflo) and track purchases on platforms like Tokopedia and Shopee.
• Create weekly and monthly budget forecasts and realizations.
• Compare budgeted figures with actual invoices and prepare reconciliation reports.
• Oversee mobile phone testing to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations and accurate data reporting.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure operational alignment and understanding.

Qualifications

• 
  Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, data management, or a similar role.

• Proficiency in data management and financial software (e.g., Peakflo).

• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with dashboard tools is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management and reporting.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information clearly and concisely.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.

• Willingness to travel, as needed/required.

• Strong skills in manual data administration.

• Fluency in English is preferred.
