Job Purpose

As a Brewing Technician, you'll specialize in two key areas within our brewhouse operations —whether it’s Wort Production, Cellar & Fermentation, Beer Filtration. Your expertise will help us achieve our production targets efficiently and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure Safety & Health: Implement and adhere to safety and health protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Drive Production Output: Achieve production goals in terms of quantity and quality.
• Maintain Equipment: Ensure high reliability and availability of production machinery and supporting equipment.
• Control Processes: Implement process control standards to optimize production efficiency.
• Manage Materials: Ensure the availability of production materials.
• Achieve Shop Floor Excellence: Maintain excellence in all shop floor activities.
• Promote Cleanliness: Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards within the working environment.

Candidate Criteria

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biology, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
• Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP and Laboratory Star System.
• High ability to learn.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
• Flexibility: Willing to work in shifts.
• Location: Willing to be based in Sampangagung, Mojokerto.
