Are you a creative and skilled web designer looking for a flexible working arrangement? We are seeking an experienced Web Designer to join our team, working 90% from home with occasional in-office collaboration.

Location: Hybrid (90% Remote, occasional office presence)

Job Description:

• Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present ideas and concepts
• Ensure websites are responsive, optimized for various devices, and adhere to UX/UI best practices
• Regularly update and maintain web designs, ensuring functionality and performance
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand design needs and project goals
• Occasionally attend in-office meetings for project collaboration

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a web designer
• Expertise in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end design implementation
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
• Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
