British American Tobacco Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for an InternUp – Operations (Supply Chain) in Malang
Role Statement
The BAT Indonesia InternUP is a 6-month internship program designed to help you transform your potential into real opportunities and grow within our company. It’s more than just an internship, it’s a dynamic learning experience where you’ll flourish, develop key skills, and become a future industry leader. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitor daily warehouse KPIs and help improve automated data collection and reporting.
• Support daily operations review by following up on open issues with team members and supervisors.
• Assist in digitalization projects by helping convert manual processes into simple digital dashboards and tools.
• Support tracking and execution of key initiatives.
• Help improve work processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting better ways of working.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining reports and trackers for warehouse and logistics activities.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields., with max. 1 year of experience (final-year students are welcome).
• Available for a full-time internship for 6 months.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and basic formulas) with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with high initiative and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of logistics or warehouse processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
