You'll not only be involved in the strategy of our websites but also be the mastermind behind their implementation. And guess what? As a Front-End Web Developer at BoltBlue, you'll:

• Build high-converting websites using WordPress and Elementor
• Work closely with our strategy, paid, and web teams to deliver integrated digital solutions
• Maintain BoltBlue's high standards of work as you grow your client list and team
• Embrace our simple approach to business success - building marketing systems that deliver a heap of quality leads

What we're looking for in our new team member:

• 2+ years of website design experience
• 1+ years using Elementor Page Builder
• Broad internet and web technology experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive layouts
• Sufficient knowledge of PHP, MySQL, jQuery, JavaScript, and AJAX
• Proficiency in Adobe suite of products (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
• General SEO knowledge
• Digital marketing experience (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Ads, SEO, Facebook suite of products, etc)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Common sense and good critical judgment
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong business acumen

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Using WP-Engine to host websites, set up new websites, migrate existing ones, and more
• Designing and developing new websites using WordPress and Elementor
• Implementing changes and feature requests on client websites
• Editing and optimizing existing client websites
• Optimizing and deploying websites (built elsewhere) that migrate hosting to WP-Engine
• Participating in managing the hosting upkeep of existing client websites (resource allocation, backups, security governance, updating website CMS databases, server PHP, plugins, etc)
• Demonstrating effective team management skills
