British American Tobacco has an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Business Manager in Malang, Indonesia.
The Procurement Business Manager is responsible for leading end‑to‑end procurement strategy, sourcing, supplier management, and contract governance for the cluster/End Markets in Indonesia. The role partners closely with senior leadership to align procurement objectives with business goals, drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and execute global category strategies locally. It also leads and develops the cluster procurement team while enabling innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement across all procurement activities.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Partner with cluster leadership to deliver procurement strategy and financial targets
• Lead all end‑to‑end sourcing activities across Directs, Indirects, Logistics, and Distributors
• Manage customer (budget holder/business unit) relationships to ensure procurement needs are met
• Drive category strategy implementation and ensure demand is accurately captured
• Oversee supplier relationship management, performance, and compliance with policies and ESG/EHS
• Lead and develop the cluster procurement team, ensuring capability building and resource planning
• Enable innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement within procurement
• Ensure robust contract management, risk mitigation, and governance in collaboration with Legal and category teams

What are we looking for?

• 5–7 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, commercial, operations, finance, or account management
• Strong expertise in end‑to‑end sourcing, negotiations, and contract management
• Experience managing sourcing projects and delivering financial planning/budget outcomes
• Fluency in English with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Solid understanding of procurement policies, platforms, and business cost drivers
• Knowledge of corporate regulations and local legislation for effective commercial contracts
• Capability to lead, coach, and develop a procurement team
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related discipline (MCIPS/MBA/CIMA is a plus)
