Job Title: Full Time Server, All Rounder and Management Trainee: Bali, Indonesia (Not Remote)

We are looking for a Full time Waitstaff/Server, for our burger shop located in Seminyak. Must be experienced in similar position before. Working Full time in our Restaurant located in Seminyak Bali.

About Us: We are newly opened burger shop in Seminyak own by Australian company.

Position Overview: Each Role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the Business and smooth operation of our company. This is a full-time position based in our Bali Restaurant, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Waitstaff/Server: Taking order and making sure everything is in smooth order and process accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage the restaurant's smooth operations, your role here is to work on the front area and kitchen area and everything else needed.
• Ensure and monitor everything are working in a correct order to maintained the operations are working smoothly according to our standart.
• All Candidate must follow our protocol and Backhouse Burger's standarts.
• Qualifications:
• Proven expertise in or similar positions.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
