Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective use of materials, equipment and personnel while making products at highquality level.
• Support and assist manager within the operating budget.
• To monitor and manage daily production floor activities
• Responsible in meeting the customer schedule delivery date base on plan.
• To provide training to Operators
• Ensure that all the production schedules are met at a specified given time.
• Ensure that quality and productivity are always implemented on the manufacturing floor.
• Perform other duties that maybe assigned
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of seniormanagement any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implementedand to avoid recurrence of the problem
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

• Education D3 or S1 major in Industrial/Electronic Engineering
• Experience at least 3 year in PCBA Electronics manufacturing is preferred
• Knowledge and hands on MRP system
• Able to lead >50 subordinates
• Familiar with ISO Standard 9001, 14001 & 45001
• Proficient in English
• To be able to establish and control the process work flow
• To be able to manage and control the Operators and equipment
• Problem Solving - Skill
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
