Job Title: Event Production Crew

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Event Production Crew and play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our wedding events. As a key contact between our wedding organizer and vendors, you will manage relationships, coordinate logistics, and ensure every event detail is flawlessly executed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and Styling:
• Assist with the setup of ceremony and reception spaces, including decor, signage, furniture, and table settings.
• Ensure all elements align with the couple’s vision and the event timeline.
• Vendor Coordination:
• Liaise with vendors (e.g., florists, photographers, caterers) to ensure timely arrivals and seamless integration of services.
• Act as the primary on-site contact for vendors during setup and throughout the event.
• Guest Assistance:
• Welcome and direct guests to designated areas, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
• Manage guest-related concerns or requests professionally and promptly.
• Timeline Management:
• Monitor and adhere to the wedding day schedule, making adjustments as necessary.
• Coordinate key moments, such as the ceremony start, speeches, and first dance, ensuring everyone is in place.
• Problem-Solving:
• Address last-minute changes or challenges calmly and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with the team to resolve issues without disrupting the event.
• Event Supervision:
• Oversee transitions between event stages, such as the ceremony to the reception.
• Ensure all areas are tidy, functional, and meet safety standards.
• Pack Down:
• Assist with packing down decor and equipment after the event.
• Coordinate the return of hired items to vendors, if applicable.

Requirements

• Bali Based
• Must be proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in vendor management or event coordination (experience in the wedding industry is a plus).
• Availability to work on weekends and evenings.
• Physical stamina for lifting and moving event equipment.
• Prior experience in event coordination or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
