Job Description:

• Contact the consultant to close the application for an English course on Mobile suitable for potential customers (100% available data, high closing rate, Engbreaking product has a good name in the market)
• Consult other products of the company for upsell purposes
• Taking care of and answering customer questions related to the company's products
• Offer promotions to customers
• Report the work to the leader

Job Requirements:

• Telesales experience from 6 months or more. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the field of education / enrollment consulting / online English / online sales / education consulting
• Fluent in Indonesian
• Good communication skills, no lisp, stuttering
• Withstands pressure well
• Ability to empathize and understand. Especially in learning English and languages in general
• Working responsibly, with high self-discipline, not afraid of being rejected
