Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure their comfort throughout their stay.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively address their requests to create an unforgettable experience.
• Manage, maintain, and oversee daily housekeeping and ensure immaculate cleanliness and maintenance of the entire villa and its amenities.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and guest services (e.g., spa treatments, excursions).
• Conduct regular safety and security checks of the villa and its surroundings.
• Lead and supervise a small team of villa staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure efficient scheduling and workload distribution amongst staff.
• Manage villa finances, including budgets, petty cash, and guest billing.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation related to guest stays, staff schedules, and inventory.
• Prepare reports and ensure smooth administrative processes.

Qualifications:

• Reside in Bali
• 2-3 years of experience in a luxury hospitality setting
• Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesia
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp500,000,000 - Rp800,000,000 per month
