About Us: Founded in 2017, Trove & Co. is passionate about creating beautiful jewelry and visually stunning content. We specialize in minimal pieces made with sterling silver and gemstones. We are seeking a talented in-house photographer with a strong background in product photography (especially jewelry) and fashion photoshoots to join our team.

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Photographer with a degree in photography or proven experience and a compelling portfolio. The role involves preparing and executing photoshoots, creating mood boards, and ensuring high-quality images through meticulous editing and retouching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product photography and fashion photoshoots, both in studio and on location.
• Create detailed mood boards for photoshoots.
• Collaborate with the creative team to meet project requirements.
• Prepare necessary resources for photoshoots, including props, gear, talent, and locations.
• Edit and retouch photos to meet high-quality standards.
• Maintain and manage photography equipment and studio setup.
• Video editing experience is a plus, though not required.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Photography or equivalent proven experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product photography and fashion photoshoots.
• Proficiency in photography editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Experience with retouching and enhancing images.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with both outdoor and in-studio photography.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of lighting techniques for both product and fashion photography.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique concepts and ideas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
