Your main duties in flying with us:

Optimize Account Growth: Drive platform adoption and increase share of wallet by proactively identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Cultivate Partnerships: Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Procurement.
Deliver Value: Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations to ensure client satisfaction, manage renewals, and identify areas for improvement.
Bridge Internal Teams: Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Care to resolve client issues and translate user feedback into meaningful platform enhancements.
Report & Strategize: Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales pipelines and deliver actionable performance insights to management.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
Must be based in or currently residing in Medan, North Sumatra
Experience in the travel industry (Travel Agency, OTA, corporate travel, MICE, or related ecosystem) is preferred
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing corporate accounts
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Good negotiation and deal-closing capability
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
