Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the real estate and hospitality sectors to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
• Create compelling content including photos, videos, and graphics that showcase our properties, amenities, and unique experiences.
• Manage and monitor social media accounts for Real Magick Indonesia across various platforms, including Instagram, Tiktok, and relevant channels.
• Engage with audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships and community engagement.
• Utilize social media advertising tools to target specific demographics, promote properties, events, and special offers, and optimize ad performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
• Track and analyze key social media metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of the unique characteristics, trends, and target audiences within the real estate and hospitality sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics, capable of producing visually stunning content.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rp4,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
