No Risk Designs is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients. As an Intake Specialist, you’ll handle incoming calls, assess client needs, and ensure a seamless experience from the very first interaction. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and a passion for helping people, we’d love to have you on our team. This fully remote role operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST) to serve our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage inbound calls from potential clients, providing a warm and professional first impression
• Gather essential information from clients, assessing their needs and determining eligibility for our services
• Accurately enter and update client information in our system, ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the team to ensure follow-up
• Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our services in a friendly, helpful manner
• Escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate department when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, intake, or a similar role
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional phone demeanor
• Strong listening skills and empathy to connect with clients and address their concerns effectively
• High level of organization and attention to detail, with experience using CRM or client management software a plus
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
