PT Renergi Solusi Integrasi is a growing engineering and system integrator company specializing in electrical reliability solutions, industrial automation, and control systems. We provide end-to-end solutions ranging from control panel systems, PLC–SCADA automation, cabinet solutions, and power system support for industrial and commercial clients.

We are Looking Control System Engineer to support the design, development, and implementation of industrial automation and control system projects. This role involves both presales and project execution activities, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming, system integration, testing, commissioning, and technical coordination with internal teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who is comfortable working in industrial environments, able to translate client requirements into reliable control solutions, and eager to grow in a fast-developing system integrator company.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
• Develop control system architecture and industrial communication networks
• Support presales activities, including technical clarification, solution design, and proposal preparation
• Perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), and commissioning
• Troubleshoot control system issues during installation and operation
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Business Development, and external vendors
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (I/O list, control philosophy, wiring diagram, as-built drawings, manuals)
• Ensure system implementation complies with project specifications and industrial standards

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma D3/D4 in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Related Field
• GPA Minimum 3.25
• 1–3 years of experience in control system or industrial automation is Advantage
• (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and control panels
• Familiar with industrial components such as motors, sensors, inverters, and instrumentation
• Able to read and understand single-line diagrams and wiring diagrams
• Willing to travel to project sites when required
• Good communication skills and strong problem-solving abilityPreferred Qualifications
• Experience with PLC brands such as Schneider, Siemens, Rockwell.
• Exposure to industrial automation, BMS, or power system projects
• Understanding of electrical and industrial automation standards
