Who are you?

• You are an authentic, resilient, humble and dynamic professional with a strong intercultural sensitivity.
• You are connected to a large network of SMEs in Palembang.
• You have experience in public and private sector program management.
• You have in-depth knowledge of the social economic circumstances, language and culture of Indonesia.
• You champion networking and have great acquisition skills.
• You have excellent command of the English language, as well as Bahasa.
• You are comfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365.

Being a Representative

As a vital member of the PUM team, the role of Representative for Palembang is both dynamic and rewarding. You’re not just a Representative, you’re an ambassador. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, nurturing relationships and facilitating impactful collaborations. Your role extends to client acquisition and network expansion, crucial for meeting the targets set for your country.

What being a Representative will look like? You will be actively on the lookout for new clients, screening them, and supporting and assisting them. As our Representative, you’re not just ensuring smooth project implementation, you’re:

• Partnering with entrepreneurs, propelling their journey toward sustainable and inclusive business development.
• Leaving a lasting impact on the community: socially, environmentally, and economically.
• Driving towards and achieving targets set for Indonesia.

Ins and outs of the representative role

The representative role is partly a volunteer position. You’ll receive an expense allowance and a performance-based reward. We prefer individuals committed for up to 4 years.
