About the role

Bali Love' is seeking a talented Wedding Stylist Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Wedding Stylist Assistant you will plays a vital role in transforming ideas into reality, ensuring the atmosphere and aesthetics reflect the couple's unique story and vision.

Key responsibilities :

Meeting with Clients:

• Assisting wedding stylist to conduct initial consultations to understand the couple's vision, style preferences, and overall wedding theme.
• Discuss styling options, color palettes, furniture, décor, flowers, and layout designs.
• Regular follow-ups to finalize and confirm styling decisions.

Preparing Styling Briefs:

• Assisting wedding stylist to create detailed styling briefs, including mood boards, vendor instructions, and itemized décor requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, florists, and rental companies to ensure all items align with the agreed vision.

On-the-Day Execution:

• Assisting wedding stylist to oversee and manage all styling setups on the wedding day, including furniture arrangement, table settings, ceremony styling, and floral installations.
• Ensure the venue looks cohesive, polished, and meets the couple's expectations.

Assisting with Guest Check-Ins:

• Provide support by welcoming and assisting guests as they arrive at the venue.
• Ensure seating charts, name tags, and styled areas (e.g., welcome tables or signage) are ready and functional.

Collaboration and Troubleshooting:

• Work closely with wedding stylist, planners, venue coordinators, and other vendors to resolve any last-minute styling challenges.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure to ensure a smooth and visually stunning event.

Requirements

• Must be Bali based or willing to move to Bali.
• Must be able to speak & write in English proficient
• Proven experience as a wedding stylist, event stylist, or in a related role.
• Strong creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and vendors effectively.
• Proficient in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the latest wedding trends, styles, and themes.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
