Komodo Resort is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Human Resource Manager to join our team and help us provided an exceptional experience for our guests and employee.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure we hire the best talent.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive.
- Knowledge of HR systems and database.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rp8,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month

• Labuan Bajo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• D1-D4 (Required)

Experience:

• People Management: 5 years (Required)
• Human Resources: 5 years (Required)
• Hospitality Industry: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)
• Mandarin (Preferred)
