Job Description

• Assure and maintain relevant Quality Assurance and Quality Control policies and procedures are always updated and distributed to all related departments as per the international standards

• Assisting with quality inspections, monitoring compliance with internal and external standards, and helping with documentation

• Identify issues, suggest improvements, and ensure that products meet the required quality standards before reaching customers

Requirement

Available for: D3, D4, S1

• Graduate in Science or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil or Chemical)
• 1+ years of relevant QC experience
• Strong product experience in fibreglass applications
• Prior experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing role is an advantage
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma, or GMP is preferred
• Basic knowledge of quality control procedures and manufacturing processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills to effectively report findings and suggestions
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with quality management software is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in quality assurance
• Ability to be able to undertake detailed Inspections
• Knowledge of the laboratory testing requirements and calibration of machines
• Detailed knowledge of the Company’s Products and Raw Material specifications
• Detailed knowledge of the quality standards to be achieved
• Detailed knowledge of the Quality Manuals and documentation processes
• Detailed knowledge on international standards related the product items

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting quality inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Maintain and assure the availability of all Quality Assurance Procedures for QMS, EMS & AD, Know-how documents, procedures, form, work instruction as well as manufacturing procedures including testing, calibration and applicable standards.
• Ensure that quality management system standards are updated, documented, and distributed accordingly
• Support the QA team in monitoring manufacturing processes for adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Help in identifying, reporting, and resolving quality-related issues during the production process.
• Perform routine audits and inspections of equipment, materials, and procedures to ensure quality assurance protocols are followed.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the quality management system (QMS) documentation.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) when non-conformities are identified.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits.
• Lead internal/external audit.
• Monitor calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy in quality inspections.
• Provide support in training production staff on quality procedures and standards.
