Job Summary

As our Brand Partnership Manager, you will be the bridge between Chontea & Co. and the world of luxury. You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and managing partnerships that bring our luxury tea concept to life in collaboration with high-end brands, KOLs, and media. If you thrive in a dynamic, creative, and socially driven environment, this is your chance to make a mark in the luxury lifestyle space.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Collab Scouting: Actively research and monitor Instagram and other social platforms to identify collaboration trends and potential brand partners.
• Luxury Brand Partnership Development: Reach out to luxury brand partners to initiate and develop creative collaborations. Propose, brainstorm, and co-create brand activations that integrate Chontea’s luxury tea concept.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed partnership and collaboration KPIs set by the company.
• Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing brand partners, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
• Client Hosting & Relationship Building: Invite brand PICs to Chontea tea houses for immersive hosting experiences to deepen partnerships.
• KOL & Media Outreach: Identify and approach Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and media contacts to promote Chontea's concept and collaborations.
