Job Title: Spa Therapist - Receptionist

Location: Harmony Social Wellness Complex, Nuanu City, Beraban, Tabanan, Bali

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Spa Therapist who can also efficiently handle receptionist duties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for holistic wellness, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Spa Therapist Duties:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including but not limited to massages, facials, body treatments, and other therapeutic services as per the spa's standards and protocols.
• Assess clients' needs and preferences, making informed recommendations on suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment environment, ensuring all equipment and tools are sanitized and well-maintained.
• Provide aftercare advice and product recommendations to clients, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business.

Receptionist Duties:

• Greet and welcome clients with a warm, friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the wellness complex.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently, coordinating with therapists to optimize booking slots and minimize wait times.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions.
• Process payments, manage cash registers, and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Qualifications:
