We partner with Customers on Product Development, New Product Introduction, Mass Production, Sustaining Engineering and Product Lifecycle Management. Our cutting edge technology, manufacturing proficiency and responsive technical services deliver the Tier One capabilities Customers require. Responsibilities:

• Identifying opportunity/potential VMI/JIT parts and suppliers
• Pursuing with suppliers to have them enrolled into our VMI/JIT agreement
• Initiate VMI/JIT agreement signed off with parts appendix ( includes all the T&C's)
• Setup VMI/JIT parts in our ERP system and educate supplier to execute to our agreement T&C’s, coordinate with buyers on phase in
• Generating weekly supply/demand( forecast) to VMI /JIT suppliers and follow up for response to our forecast by suppliers
• Involve in VMI /JIT parts escalation ( shortages,etc)
• VMI/JIT Parts removal – phase in and phase out looking into any liability exposure working closely with suppliers and buyers

Qualifications:

• Degree with preferably 3 years working experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain related functions
• Ability to analyze inventory data to forecast demand accurately and prevent stock outs or overstocking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build and maintain a trusting, collaborative relationship with the vendor
• Practical experience in managing inventory levels, tracking stock, and understanding concepts like inventory turnover rates
