About the role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Intern to join our growing team at PT. Kaya Mulia Anugrah in Bandung, West Java. As a Recruitment Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal recruitment efforts and gaining valuable experience in the exciting field of Human Resources and Recruitment. This is a contract-based position, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation while developing your professional skills.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Recruitment team in the full cycle of the recruitment process, including job posting, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and providing administrative support
• Conducting research on the local job market and candidate pools to identify potential talent
• Participating in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives
• Maintaining accurate records and data on the recruitment process and candidate information
• Providing support in the onboarding of new hires and ensuring a smooth transition
• Collaborating with other departments to understand their hiring needs and provide effective recruitment solutions

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Proficient in the use of HR and recruitment software, as well as Microsoft Office applications, Job Portals, Canva
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute to the Recruitment team
• Knowledge of the local job market and recruitment practices in the Bandung area is preferred
• Willing to join asap WFO in Bandung
