AYANA Hospitality is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team at AYANA Komodo. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the HR function to support the growth and success of all of our hotel operations and services. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and values
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Manage the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution
• Implement performance management processes, including conducting regular evaluations and providing feedback to employees
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
• Manage employee benefits programs and ensure effective communication to employees
• Collaborate with department managers to support their HR needs and provide guidance on HR-related matters
• Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• An assertive leader, process driven with a high degree of compliance
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Experience in at least one remote location in a leadership role
