As a Field Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Preparing equipment & work units for jobs and performing tool maintenance, pre-job and post- job tool checkout.
• Rigging-up and rigging-down equipment at the well site.
• Maintaining well site/DOT records and communications as required by Manager
• Completing job-related paperwork in a thorough manner and other records for self and assigned crew
• Works directly with Customer Representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations with the rig and or production facility
• Promoting and maintaining good customer relations
• Receiving instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on well site activity
• Performing basic duties at the well site and at the shop
• Ability to learn and operate the different tools and services that we offer our customers
• Driving company vehicles in a safe manner while observing Company and government regulations
• Participating in quality improvement efforts
• Supervise and train other Field Specialists while maintaining a high level of safety awareness at the well site
• Performs other related duties as required. Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values. Performs additional duties within the district/location, as assigned.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• High school diploma or Technical Diploma

• 3-5 years of O&G experience, preferably in wireline

• Clean class 5 Driver's License.

• Must be willing to travel.
