Job Purpose and Impact

The Business Control Associate will execute master data management processes within their department ensuring service levels are met while adhering to relevant data standards. In this role, you will have direct accountability for the team's operational results and performance and will be accountable for the service delivery of master data creation. This position is needed to ensure administration work of Fleet Operations department which part of plantation and the plants is running as business goals, ensure all Reporting and Administration matter are deployed and monitored on regular basis. This position is also required to coach BC Supervisor Fleet on all document management s and standardize across location. Key Accountabilities

Analyze and execute requests from the business units to accurately perform master data processes while adhering to data standards and understanding the impact across the organization.

Provides day to day, first level supervision for transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of master data process activities.

Execute master data requests in enterprise resource planning applications and other secondary systems for materials, vendors, customers and finance master data.

To Monitoring and Verifying Fleet Operations Department Accounting Works & Activities

To Ensure Operational Budgeting process are running as target, with assist on

To Ensure Capital Expenditure on each locations at Fleet Operations Department deployed

Ensure in terms of legal compliance of unit is updated and regular renew of unit license, m onitoring expire date of license and certificate of Vehicle/ equipment. A rrange inspector or vendor to renewal license or certificate of equipment. Update to site team planning and action to be taken for Mechanical Integrity

Assist in developing and executing training for these programs. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in management and accounting or equivalent experience
Have experience in Administration, Finance & Fleet Operations. Deep knowledge in these programs and/or ability to achieve this knowledge level within 12 months.
Demonstrated success in business partnering initiatives
Other minimum qualifications may apply Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience with relevant and related server environments Ability to communicate to all level of stakeholders. Strong analytic, strategic, and influencing skills
One year of supervisory experience
