About the Role - Senior Packaging Designer (Remote – Work From Home)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer / Senior Packaging Designer to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for color, deep understanding of packaging design for beauty and cosmetic products, and hands-on experience in preparing print-ready files for manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative, market-relevant packaging for beauty and cosmetic products that align with brand identity
• Apply advanced knowledge of color theory, color psychology, and senior-level color balancing to create visually appealing designs
• Develop and refine packaging concepts from initial idea to final production-ready artwork
• Stay updated with current packaging trends, materials, sustainability practices, and consumer preferences in the beauty industry
• Create accurate dielines and ensure proper layout alignment for various packaging formats (boxes, labels, tubes, bottles, etc.)
• Prepare high-quality, print-ready files with correct color modes (CMYK/Pantone), bleeds, trims, and technical specifications
• Demonstrate strong understanding of printing techniques such as offset, flexography, digital printing, screen printing, embossing, debossing, and foil stamping
• Collaborate with marketing, branding, and product teams to ensure packaging communicates the right message and positioning
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility and production accuracy
• Conduct pre-press checks and proof reviews to minimize errors during mass production
• Maintain consistency across product lines while adapting designs for new SKUs or variants
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in packaging design, preferably in beauty or cosmetic products
• Strong expertise in color theory, color systems, and premium color application
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Solid understanding of dielines, materials, finishes, and packaging structures
• Experience creating print-ready files and knowledge of prepress processes
