as a Load Supervisor, you will assisting the whole process from monitoring order plan to customer delivery, i.e., dispatch, ensure load order capacity, truck availability, product availability, and customer delivery on timely manner & quantity-match. This position is responsible to monitor delivery execution with owned trucks and coordinate with transporters. This position also manages reporting regarding truck capacity, stock availability, and container in transit status.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor order status, process sales order in SAP WM, assign trucks, print pick slip, and finalize loading documents and invoices
• Supervise loading process and handover loaded product to Driver/Transporter, manage BEACON system, ensure implementation of 5 Safety Steps
• Ensure drivers/deliveryman will carry the required official/commercial documents along with the delivery
• Ensure Truck Weight Compliance as per CCAI Truck Weight Compliance matrix (ODOL)
• Ensure product delivered by Deliveryman/Helper to customer on time as per agreed schedule.
• Coordinate with transporter to ensure all delivery process completed as per standard procedure
• Follow up all delivery issue with customers
• Prepare daily report : Daily stock on hand and Daily Container Intransit Report
• Fulfil individual skill matrix as part of as supply chain academy requirements.
• Identify opportunities and problem areas for targeted improvement by creating, reviewing, and monitoring data or reports that show performance to KPI's.
• Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the Implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.
• Responsible, proactive and take ownership of ensuring a safer work environment as per policy and guidance from company.
• Review and submit hazards potential in workplace, routine safety talk, planned inspection, promote Life Savings Rules, and implement Call To Action as part of action to prevent potential safety issue in CCEP premise

Functional & Technical Skill:

• Able to operate SAP Warehouse Management and SAP Transport Management, i.e., dispatch, load processing, and reporting.
• Perform and produce daily reports using Ms. Excel, e.g., in-transit, durability, stock on hand, etc.
• Strong knowledge of delivery process especially in payload compliance.
• Strong knowledge in customer service, i.e., able to communicate accordingly to respective customers.

• Strong technical competencies, understand the technical aspects of loading equipment and processes.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to details; able to assess situations quickly and develop effective solutions in operational issues and ensure the data accuracy validity regarding potential hazards or safety protocol adherence.
• Strong customer focus and mindset; able to understand and meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders to high standards.
• Good communication: able to convey instructions and feedback clearly and concisely, pay full attention to stakeholders and identify their concerns.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma Degree Graduate, open to all majors.
• Min. 1 – 2 years of working experience in Logistics / Distribution Services
