Develop a team of software engineers through coaching, mentoring and management

Maintain high levels of development practices including technical design, solution development, systems configuration, documentation, test, issue identification and resolution, writing clean, modular and self sustaining code

Grow the technical expertise of your team

Work closely with the surrounding and support team to ensure high availability, performance, reliability of the systems

Work closely with the product owner, and project manager to enable sustainable delivery

Work closely with the recruitment team to hire and onboard engineers

Facilitate collaboration with other engineers, product manager, and designers to solve interesting and challenging problem across platform

Partner with other managers and engineers to align strategies, roadmaps, priorities and dependencies to mitigate risks and issues
Has 5+ years experience as a Full Stack Developer and published in production environment

Has proven experience in developing web application, native mobile apps and java/spring based backend service, clean code writing and automated versioning

Has strong knowledge in secure coding and design practices

Has successfully led a small team in a quality-oriented environment

Familiar in CI/CD with Kubernets, Github, Jenkins, Micro-service Architecture and bash

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

A strong customer orientation

A team player attitude and ability to work in multinational team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
