The role

We are looking for a Frontdesk and Operations assistant to join our amazing team in Sanur, Bali. You will support the daily front desk and hub operations tasks of our hub as well as interact with and assist the numerous clients we serve daily at our awesome hub.

Important note: In order to be considered for this role, you have to be open to a shift-based work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Handling daily operations tasks and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the lead.
• Acting as the POC for different vendors and service partners.
• Manage grocery stocks and coordinate all the relevant purchases.
• Handling petty cash and monthly utility payment
• Supporting the Livit Hub Operation team in organizing and preparing logistics for community events and social activities.
• Supporting Livit Hub Bali-related administrative duties, reports, etc.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills (oral and written) are required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in the hospitality industry.
• Proven work experience as an operation or administration assistant.
• Completed higher education in Hospitality or Business Administration is a great asset (but not compulsory).
• Knowledge of accounting and business administration is a great asset.
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent planning and multitasking skills
• A highly organized individual with good teamwork
• Good computer skills and openness to learning and using new online tools.
• Available working by shift.
