A-Pioneer Future Leaders Program is special for Bali and Nusa Tenggara placement. This is a hiring development program with 12 months (1 year) on the job training (OJT) designed to develop competent and promising future employees in line with Amartha company's values, competences, and expectations, who will be prepared to become Amartha's next future leaders, as our Business Manager.

The program will provide you first-hand experiences of the lending business process with intensive mentorship program. You will get opportunity to lead field office team and excitement journey to placement all Bali and Nusa Tenggara area.

Requirements

• Student or recently graduated from Bachelor Degree
• Minimum IPK 3.00/4.00

• Involved in university organizations or communities
• Commit to placement in Bali or Nusa Tenggara area
