This is a hiring development program with 12 months (1 year) on the job training (OJT) designed to develop competent and promising future employees in line with Amartha company's values, competences, and expectations, who will be prepared to become Amartha's next future leaders, as our Business Manager.

Requirements

• Student or recently graduated from Bachelor Degree
• Minimum IPK 3.00/4.00
• Have a driving license for SIM C is a must
• Currently living in Bali or Nusa Tenggara area
• Familiar with Google Spreadsheet & Microsoft Excel
• Involved in university organizations or communities
• Commit to placement in Bali or Nusa Tenggara area
• Firm commitment to take part in the full 1 year program
